Senior Associate Lawyer

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree;
  • Bar Eligibility (RA 1080), member in good standing of the Philippine Bar;
  • Minimum two (2) years of litigation practice;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Effectively manages client concerns and queries;
  • Efficiently manages caseload;
  • Highly proficient in legal research and analysis.
  • Highly proficient in drafting pleadings of varied complexity;
  • Extensive experience in attending hearings for all stages of court proceedings (arraignment, pre-marking, pre-trial, trial);

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Drafting and revision of pleadings and other legal documents.
  • Reparation for hearings and other incidents before official tribunals and courts.
  • Attending and representing clients in court hearings.
  • Interviewing and preparing witnesses for court proceedings.
  • Monitoring of pleadings for filling.
  • Strategizing for cases being handled.
  • Attending meetings and consultations with current and prospective clients.
  • Monitoring of billings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft and review of Contracts, Legal Opinions, Pleadings and other legal documents.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
